Light My Fire

In the “Light My Fire” episode, Cannon takes a match to the whiskey cocktail to ignite the Fires of Tipperary, the Battle of New Orleans, and a radical version of the 50/50. The low blue flame caramelizes the flavors while illustrating Cannon’s trademark cool presentation. Barcraft viewers will enjoy a colorful palette of absinthe greens and cranberry reds as they learn that sometimes it’s okay to play with fire.

As a former professional bartender, it’s extremely interesting to me to watch masters at their craft. I still play bartender for friends, and Jackson’s style is a great way for me to improve and continue to impress.
